These terms and conditions govern sales by GoaVirusNioki® of handmade jewelry, upcycled products, accessories, and digital downloads.
Prices :
For orders shipped to countries other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of GoaVirus®. These customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid by you, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these matters with yourlocal authorities and/or, if applicable, with the delivery company.
All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros. GoaVirus® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of GoaVirus® until full payment is received.
Please note: once you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is your sole responsibility and cannot be attributed to GoaVirus®.

Payment
The website does not accept deferred payments.
Cancelation
You can request to cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped.
If the cancellation is requested before shipping and before the tracking number is generated, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you request an order cancellation after receiving it, you may return it to me (at your own expense) and you will receive a voucher for the value of your order ( minus the shipping cost ), valid for any future GoaVirus new order or for my dreadlocks services. (This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.)

Furthermore, the website www.goavirus.com is not intended for selling products in large quantities. Therefore, GoaVirus® reserves the right to refuse orders that it deems excessive.
Order confirmation

Delivery
For any errors in the delivery information provided when placing your order, I invite you to contact me within 24 to 48 hours.
After this period, your order may have already been shipped, and GoaVirus® will not be held responsible for delivery refusal by the postal service or for any loss if the package is not returned to the sender.
In the event of a shipping delay by GoaVirus®, you will receive an email informing you of any potential impact on the delivery timeframe initially provided.
In the event of deliveries by a carrier, the company GoaVirus® cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package or a delivery delay due exclusively to an unavailability of the customer or on the part of the carrier.
